LONITÉ's technology dates back to the early 1950s, when scientists produced the first man-made diamonds using high-pressure, high-temperature presses. The founders of LONITÉ are leaders in their field. For 10 years, our founders worked in the jewelry trade, in scientific research, in funeral homes and in the production of beautiful diamonds. In the beginning, only very small, amber-colored and blue diamonds could be produced. Today's advances in technology have changed everything; LONITÉ diamonds are now larger and available in more colors.
